Unleased Space definition

Unleased Space means space within the Project intended to be leased to Tenants as shown on the Site Plan, but which is not leased or occupied as of the date hereof.

Unleased Space means that portion of rentable retail, office and storage space of the Building not subject to Actual Leases as of the Call Offer Date (but excluding therefrom the last 5% projected to be leased in the Lease-Up Schedule of the rentable office, retail and storage space of the Building).

  • The amount of leasing commissions to be disbursed under this Section for Unleased Space and Vacant Leased Space, respectively, shall be as set forth on Exhibits "B" and "B-1," attached hereto.

  • Offering Space that is considered to be Unleased Space shall be deemed to be "Available for Lease" when Landlord has determined that (y) Landlord has not entered into a lease for such Offering Space within twenty-four (24) full calendar months following the Commencement Date, and (z) all Superior Rights (hereinafter defined) with respect to such portion of the Offering Space have lapsed or been waived.
