Unpaid Work definition

Unpaid Work. “Unpaid Work Requirement” means an order by a court to perform unpaid work.
Unpaid Work means the work a person is required to perform under an Unpaid Work Requirement pursuant to sections 199 and 200 of the CJA; Unpaid Work Requirement has the meaning given to it in section 199 of the CJA; Valuation Policies means the applicable International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as adapted or interpreted for the public sector by the Government Financial Reporting Manual (FReM) issued by HM Treasury; VAT means any value added tax chargeable under of pursuant to the Value Added Tax ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ or Council Directive 2006/112/EC; Victim Contact Scheme has the meaning given to it in section 69 of the Criminal Justice and Courts Services ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇; Victim Liaison Service means the service through which a victim of violent and sexual offences is
Unpaid Work means work for which either no payment or other reward, or only a nominal payment or other reward, is received;

Examples of Unpaid Work in a sentence

  • Commencement of Community Payback The arranging of the first work session of Unpaid Work for an Offender in accordance with the Community Payback Operating Manual.

  • If the Placement Employer is not covered by the WSIB, then it will comply with the Chubb reporting procedures found in the MTCU Guidelines for Workplace Insurance for Postsecondary Students of Publicly Assisted Institutions on Unpaid Work Placements.
