Unproduced Properties definition

Unproduced Properties means those visual, literary, dramatic, musical or other materials in which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries Exploits or has the right to Exploit and for which development has not been abandoned as of the date hereof (A) upon which principal photography has not yet commenced on or prior to the date hereof and (B) which if produced and completed would otherwise constitute Library Pictures.
Unproduced Properties means those literary, dramatic, or other materials in which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries Exploits or has the right to Exploit and for which development has not been abandoned as of the date hereof (1) upon which principal photography has not yet commenced on or prior to the date hereof and (2) which if produced and completed would otherwise constitute Library Pictures, and (I) the termWorks in Progress” means all literary, dramatic, audio, visual and/or audiovisual works of any kind or character which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries Exploits or has the right to Exploit, and (1) which have been greenlighted or which are in current production or post-production and have not been abandoned, and (2) which are not complete and which, if completed, would otherwise constitute Library Pictures.
Unproduced Properties means those literary, dramatic, or other materials in which (i) the NBCU Transferors or the NBCU Entities or (ii) the Comcast Transferors or the Contributed Comcast Subsidiaries, as applicable, has rights and for which development has not been abandoned as of the date hereof (A) upon which principal photography has not yet commenced on or prior to the date hereof and (B) which if produced and completed would otherwise constitute Library Pictures. Notwithstanding the foregoing, “Unproduced Properties” shall only include those materials for which the Intellectual Property contained therein would otherwise constitute NBCU Intellectual Property or Comcast Intellectual Property, as applicable.

More Definitions of Unproduced Properties

Unproduced Properties means all creative projects in which Genius or any Genius Subsidiary owns, or has the right to acquire, any rights whatsoever that do not constitute Library Products or Works in Progress and on which Genius or any Genius Subsidiary has invested, spent and/or committed to invest or spend, in the aggregate in respect of any single project, $10,000 or more, including without limitation those properties listed on Section 3.16 of the Genius Disclosure Letter.
