Unqualified Offer definition

Unqualified Offer means any offer of employment to an Employee by the Parent or a Parent Affiliate that is not a Qualified Offer.

  • Any Employee designated to receive an offer of employment from Parent or Parent’s Affiliate shall be deemed an “Offered Employee.” The Parent or Parent’s Affiliate’s offer of employment may be in the form of a Qualified Offer or an Unqualified Offer.
