Unreasonable behaviour means behaviour that a reasonable person, having regard to all the circumstances would expect to victimise, humiliate, undermine or threaten.
Unreasonable behaviour and/or failure to uphold the values of this Code of Conduct may lead to further investigation and the implementation of appropriate consequences.
Unreasonable behaviour may include but is not limited to: repeated refusals to take our advice in respect of advertising, demands to meet unrealistic timescales, and excessive communication that puts unreasonable pressure on our staff, or any other behaviours that prevent us from effectively delivering the services to you.
