Unrepaid Capital definition
Unrepaid Capital with respect to each Partner shall mean the Capital Contributions made from time to time to the Partnership by such Partner, reduced by any distributions previously made to such Partner pursuant to Section 4.1.1.
Unrepaid Capital with respect to each Member shall mean the Capital Contributions made from time to time to the Company by such Member, reduced by any distributions previously made to such Member pursuant to Section 4.1.1.
