Unreserved Passes definition

Unreserved Passes shall have the meaning set forth in Section “E” of the Summary of Basic Lease Information.

Examples of Unreserved Passes in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall the number of Tenant’s Reserved Passes or Unreserved Passes be reduced during the Term.

  • Tenant shall, throughout the Term (as may be extended), have the right to use, without the obligation to pay any parking charges therefor, up to the number of Reserved Passes for reserved and covered parking spaces in the Parking Facility and Unreserved Passes for unreserved and either uncovered or covered parking spaces (as may be designated by Landlord from time-to-time) in the Parking Facility as stated in Section “E” of the Summary of Basic Lease Information.

  • The monthly rate for all Monthly Unreserved Passes shall be at the prevailing rate charged by Landlord from time to time at the location of such parking passes.

  • Landlord acknowledges that Tenant currently has the right to use, free-of-charge throughout the Term and any extension thereof, up to a total of one hundred thirty (130) Parking Passes (i.e., five (5) parking passes for each 1,000 square feet of usable area of the Existing Premises), three (3) of which Parking Passes are for Reserved Passes and the remainder of which are for Unreserved Passes.

  • Tenant shall have the right, but not the obligation except as specifically provided below, to lease up to (i) three hundred fifty-five (355) unreserved parking passes (the “Unreserved Passes”) and (ii) ten (10) reserved parking passes for single self-park spaces in a location reasonably selected by Landlord in Landlord’s prime reserved parking area (the “Reserved Passes”; collectively the Unreserved Passes and Reserved Passes being the “Tenant’s Parking Allocation”) in the Project’s garage.

  • If Tenant should desire to convert Unreserved Passes to visitor parking passes, Tenant shall provide Parking Operator at least 30 days prior Notice of the number of Tenant’s Unreserved Passes that Tenant will allocate for Tenant’s visitor parking (the “Visitor Parking Passes”).

  • Tenant shall throughout the Lease Term, as may be extended, have the right, but not the obligation, to rent, on a monthly basis throughout the Lease Term, as may be extended, up to the number of Reserved Passes and Unreserved Passes set forth in Section 10 of the Summary (the “Parking Allotment”).

  • Landlord acknowledges that Tenant currently has the right to use, free-of-charge throughout the Term and any extension thereof, up to a total of one hundred sixty-five (165) Parking Passes (i.e., five (5) parking passes for each 1,000 square feet of usable area of the Existing Premises), three (3) of which Parking Passes are for Reserved Passes and the remainder of which are for Unreserved Passes.

  • Landlord acknowledges that Tenant currently has the right to use, free-of-charge throughout the Term and any extension thereof, up to a total of four hundred fourteen (414) Parking Passes (i.e., five (5) parking passes for each 1,000 square feet of usable area of the Existing Premises), seven (7) of which Parking Passes are for Reserved Passes and the remainder of which are for Unreserved Passes.

  • In addition, Tenant shall have the right to rent Unreserved Passes in the amount set forth in Section 12 of the Summary in the Building Parking Area.
