Unsecured Underletting definition
Unsecured Underletting means an underletting of the Premises or part thereof in relation to which the underlessor and the underlessee have agreed to exclude the provisions of sections 24 to 28 of the Landlord and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and their agreement to do so has been duly authorised beforehand by the Court
Unsecured Underletting means an underletting of the whole or part of the Premises in relation to which the underlessor and the underlessee have agreed to exclude the provisions of sections 24 to 28 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and their agreement to do so has been duly authorise▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇nd by the Court.
