Unspecified Resource Amounts. (09/08/08 Version) means an amount of firm energy, listed in sections 3 and 4 of Exhibit A, that «Customer Name» has agreed to supply and use to serve its Total Retail Load. Such amount is not attributed to a Specified Resource.
Unspecified Resource Amounts. (03/21/08 Version) means an amount of firm power «Customer Name» has agreed to supply and dedicate to serve its Total Retail Load and which is not attributed to a particular Generating Resource or Contract Resource.

  • Consolidated Scheduled Funded Debt Payments means for any period for the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis, the sum of all scheduled payments of principal on Consolidated Funded Indebtedness, as determined in accordance with GAAP.
