Unspecified Resource Amounts definition

Unspecified Resource Amounts. (03/21/08 Version) means an amount of firm power «Customer Name» has agreed to supply and dedicate to serve its Total Retail Load and which is not attributed to a particular Generating Resource or Contract Resource.

Unspecified Resource Amounts. (09/08/08 Version) means an amount of firm energy, listed in sections 3 and 4 of Exhibit A, that «Customer Name» has agreed to supply and use to serve its Total Retail Load. Such amount is not attributed to a Specified Resource.

Examples of Unspecified Resource Amounts in a sentence

  • By September 15, 2011, and by each September 15 thereafter, the Parties shall calculate, and BPA shall fill in the tables in section 3.1 of Exhibit A with, «Customer Name»’s Unspecified Resource Amounts for the upcoming Fiscal Year.

  • If «Customer Name» does not add a Specified Resource to meet such decrement, then within 30 days of such notification BPA shall add Unspecified Resource Amounts to section 3.2 of Exhibit A in the amount and for the duration of such decrement.

  • Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement any Unspecified Resource Amounts listed in Exhibit A shall expire and «Customer Name» shall have no further obligation to apply Unspecified Resource Amounts.

  • Option 1: If «Customer Name» does NOT have any Unspecified Resource Amounts include the following text: End Option 1.

  • By March 31 of each Rate Case Year, the Parties shall calculate, and BPA shall fill in the table in section 3.1.2 of Exhibit A with, Jefferson’s Unspecified Resource Amounts for each of the years of the upcoming Rate Period consistent with Jefferson’s elections for service to its Above-RHWM Load.
