Unsuitable Content definition

Unsuitable Content means content or Distributed Applications (including materials that are “hidden” or unlockable) that AT&T determines to violate the Content Standards and Applications Requirements.
Unsuitable Content means any material or content which infringes any applicable laws, regulations or third party rights or which contains any material or content that is obscene, indecent, pornographic, seditious, offensive, defamatory, threatening, liable to incite racial hatred, menacing or blasphemous;
Unsuitable Content means any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, private, or racially, ethically or otherwise objectionable, that facilitates illegal activity, promotes violence or discrimination, incorporates any materials that infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, or contains or will contain any virus or computer code the purpose of which is to damage or interfere with the operation of any computer (including any software) or to misappropriate private information.

Examples of Unsuitable Content in a sentence

  • We reserve the right to suspend all or any of the Subscription Service if:• You breach the terms of the Agreement including where We believe that the Subscription Service is being used in breach of the Agreement (for example You use Unsuitable Content) or to fail to pay Our invoices on time; or• We consider such suspension is necessary.

  • You and Your Permitted Users must not access, store, distribute or transmit any Viruses or any Unsuitable Content during their use of the Subscription Service.

  • You may not use include, or xxxx for, Unsuitable Content through the AT&T Billing System.

  • You must ensure that the Application does not contain any Unsuitable Content.

  • In addition, Motricity has the right, but is under no obligation to, block any Client Content that in its reasonable opinion would be considered by a wireless carrier to be Unsuitable Content.

  • Cingular may at its sole discretion determine that Content distributed by Customer under this agreement is Unsuitable Content.

  • Cingular - Customer is responsible to ensure messages do not constitute Unsuitable Content.

  • Client is solely responsible for the Client Content, and Client shall not use the Motricity Services to send any Unsuitable Content (as defined below).

  • If Cingular determines that Content has been delivered by Customer after Cingular has notified Customer that such Content is an Unsuitable Content, the agreement may be terminated immediately by Cingular.

  • Supplier shall notify Client immediately if it becomes aware that any content in the Deliverables may be Unsuitable Content.

Unsuitable Content means Customer Content that Cingular may in its sole discretion determine to be inappropriate, including content that is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethically or otherwise objectionable; services that facilitate illegal activity, promote violence, promote discrimination, promote illegal activities, or incorporate any materials that infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
Unsuitable Content means any material or content that is obscene, indecent, pornographic, seditious, offensive, defamatory, threatening, liable to incite racial hatred, menacing, blasphemous or in breach of any third party’s Intellectual Property Rights.

Related to Unsuitable Content

  • Unsuitable for Its Permitted Use means a state or condition of the Hotel such that (a) following any damage or destruction involving the Hotel, the Hotel cannot be operated in the reasonable judgment of Tenant on a commercially practicable basis for its Permitted Use and it cannot reasonably be expected to be restored to substantially the same condition as existed immediately before such damage or destruction, and as otherwise required by Section 10.2.4, within nine (9) months following such damage or destruction or such shorter period of time as to which business interruption insurance is available to cover Rent and other costs related to the Leased Property following such damage or destruction, or (b) as the result of a partial taking by Condemnation, the Hotel cannot be operated, in the reasonable judgment of Tenant on a commercially and economically practicable basis for its Permitted Use in light of then existing circumstances.

  • Landing area means that part of a movement area intended for the landing or take-off of aircraft;

  • Nonconforming use means a use of land that:

  • Dedicated FX Traffic means those calls routed by means of a physical, dedicated circuit delivering dial tone or otherwise serving an End User’s station from a serving Central Office (also known as End Office) located outside of that station’s mandatory local calling area. Dedicated FX Service permits the End User physically located in one exchange to be assigned telephone numbers resident in the serving Central (or End) Office in another “foreign” exchange, thereby creating a local presence in that “foreign” exchange.

  • Explosives or munitions emergency response specialist means an individual trained in chemical or conventional munitions or explosives handling, transportation, render-safe procedures, or destruction techniques. Explosives or munitions emergency response specialists include Department of Defense (DOD) emergency explosive ordnance disposal (EOD), technical escort unit (TEU), and DOD-certified civilian or contractor personnel; and other Federal, State, or local government, or civilian personnel similarly trained in explosives or munitions emergency responses.

  • Stray radiation means the sum of leakage and scattered radiation.

  • Low-level radioactive waste or “waste” means radioactive material that consists of or contains class A, B, or C radioactive waste as defined by 10 C.F.R. 61.55, as in effect on January 26, 1983, but does not include waste or material that is any of the following:

  • Cell Site means a transmitter/receiver location, operated by a CMRS provider, through which radio links are established between a wireless system and a Wireless Phone Handset.

  • Unsuitable for Its Primary Intended Use means that, by reason of damage or destruction, or a partial Taking by Condemnation, the Facility cannot be operated on a commercially practicable basis for its Primary Intended Use, taking into account, all relevant factors, and the effect of such damage or destruction or partial Taking.

  • Recycled content means the percentage of a product composed of recovered material, or post- consumer recovered material, or both.

  • Fuel burning equipment means any furnace, boiler, apparatus, stack and all associated equipment, used in the process of burning fuel.

  • Explosives or munitions emergency means a situation involving the suspected or detected presence of unexploded ordnance (UXO), damaged or deteriorated explosives or munitions, an improvised explosive device (IED), other potentially explosive material or device, or other potentially harmful military chemical munitions or device, that creates an actual or potential imminent threat to human health, including safety, or the environment, including property, as determined by an explosives or munitions emergency response specialist. Such situations may require immediate and expeditious action by an explosives or munitions emergency response specialist to control, mitigate, or eliminate the threat.

  • Unacceptable Waste means all waste not authorized for disposal at the Columbia Ridge Landfill and Recycling Center or successor site designated by the City, by those governmental entities having jurisdiction or any waste the disposal of which would constitute a violation of any governmental requirement pertaining to the environment, health or safety. Unacceptable Waste includes any waste that is now or hereafter defined by federal law or by the disposal jurisdiction as radioactive, dangerous, hazardous or extremely hazardous waste and vehicle tires in excess of those permitted to be disposed of by the laws of the disposal jurisdiction.

  • Activity Material means any Material, other than Reporting Material, created or developed by the Grantee as a result of the Activity and includes any Existing Material that is incorporated in or supplied with the Activity Material.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Dangerous weapon means any weapon, device, instrument, material or substance which under the circumstances in which it is used, attempted to be used or threatened to be used, is readily capable of causing death or serious physical injury.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Airborne radioactivity area means a room, enclosure, or area in which airborne radioactive materials, composed wholly or partly of licensed material, exist in concentrations:

  • Obscene means containing a patently offensive description of or a solicitation to commit an ultimate sex act, including sexual intercourse, masturbation, cunnilingus, fellatio, or anilingus, or a description of an excretory function.

  • danger area means an airspace of defined dimensions within which activities dangerous to the flight of aircraft may exist at specified times;

  • Serviceable when used to describe an Engine or Part, means in an airworthy condition within the limits defined in the applicable Engine manuals, specification and/or publications by the type certificate holder.

  • Noxious weed means a plant that when established is highly destructive, competitive, or difficult to control by cultural or chemical practices.

  • Very high radiation area means an area, accessible to individuals, in which radiation levels from radiation sources external to the body could result in an individual receiving an absorbed dose in excess of 5 Gy (500 rad) in one hour at one meter from a source of radiation or one meter from any surface that the radiation penetrates.

  • Explosives or munitions emergency response means all immediate response activities by an explosives and munitions emergency response specialist to control, mitigate, or eliminate the actual or potential threat encountered during an explosives or munitions emergency. An explosives or munitions emergency response may include in-place render-safe procedures, treatment or destruction of the explosives or munitions and/or transporting those items to another location to be rendered safe, treated, or destroyed. Any reasonable delay in the completion of an explosives or munitions emergency response caused by a necessary, unforeseen, or uncontrollable circumstance will not terminate the explosives or munitions emergency. Explosives and munitions emergency responses can occur on either public or private lands and are not limited to responses at RCRA facilities.

  • Fluoroscopic imaging assembly means a subsystem in which X-ray photons produce a visual image. It includes the image receptor(s) such as the image intensifier and spot-film device, electrical interlocks, if any, and structural material providing linkage between the image receptor and diagnostic source assembly.

  • Building Area means the only area upon which the erection and use of buildings and structures shall be permitted but may include areas of Landscaped Open Space.
