Untreated Wastewater/ Effluent definition

Untreated Wastewater/ Effluent means the wastewater/ effluent to be supplied by the Purchaser to the Supplier for processing by the Supplier in accordance with the Contract.

Examples of Untreated Wastewater/ Effluent in a sentence

  • Where Untreated Wastewater/ Effluent arriving at the Facility exceeds the applicable Guaranteed Level (Quantity), or falls outside the Guaranteed Level (Quality) the Supplier shall receive such Untreated Wastewater/ Effluent delivered to the Facility and shall make reasonable efforts in accordance with the Standards of a Reasonable and Prudent Supplier to treat it.

  • Such metering shall (where appropriate) monitor the quantity and quality of both Untreated Wastewater/ Effluent and Treated Wastewater/ Effluent.

  • Unless otherwise specified in this Contract, as from the Completion Date, the Supplier shall, in accordance with the Technical Specification, receive and treat all Untreated Wastewater/ Effluent delivered to the Facility.
