Unused Allocation definition

Unused Allocation means that portion of the allocated Capacity awarded to a Shipper on a prorated pipeline segment that is projected to go unused based on Shipper's Nominations.
Unused Allocation. ’ means the amount by which the quantity set forth in a license, including any additional amount received pursuant to paragraph
Unused Allocation means $250,000,000, as such amount may be increased from time to time due to reductions in Banks' Allocations or decreased from time to time due to increases in Banks' Allocations, in each case as provided in Section 2.18 and Section 8.08(d)(ii).
