Up Available Income Accrual definition

Up Available Income Accrual means, for each day occurring during any Calculation Period, (i) the sum of, for each treasury on deposit in the Up Trust on that day, the product of the purchase price at which the trust acquired that treasury multiplied by the Daily Yield Rate applicable to that treasury minus (ii) the Daily Fee Accrual. If the result of the foregoing calculation is a negative number, then the Up Available Income Accrual will be equal to zero. The treasuries will be valued at their acquisition cost for purposes of calculating the Up and Down Available Income Accruals, but will be valued at their amortized cost in the financial statements prepared for each of the Paired Trusts.
Up Available Income Accrual means, for each day occurring during any Calculation Period, (i) the sum of, for each Eligible Treasury on deposit in the Up Trust on such day, the product of (x) the purchase price at which the Up Trust acquired that Eligible Treasury (or the par amount of any Eligible Treasury that was acquired at a premium) multiplied by (y) the Daily Yield Rate applicable to that Eligible Treasury minus (ii) the Up Daily Fee Accrual. If the result of the foregoing calculation is a negative number, then the Up Available Income Accrual shall be equal to zero. The Up Available Income Accruals with respect to each Calculation Period shall be equal to the sum of the Up Available Income Accruals for each day of that Calculation Period.

Up Available Income Accrual means, on any date of determination occurring during any Calculation Period, (i) the sum of, for each Eligible Treasury on deposit in the Up Trust on such date, the product of (x) the purchase price at which the Up Trust acquired that Eligible Treasury (or the par amount of any Eligible Treasury that was not acquired at a discount) multiplied by (y) the Daily Yield Rate applicable to that Eligible Treasury minus (ii) the Up Daily Fee Accrual. If the result of the foregoing calculation is a negative number then the Up Available Income Accrual shall be equal to zero.

  • Available Income means the Up-MACRO Available Income or the Down-MACRO Available Income, as applicable.

  • Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage means, with respect to the March 2008 Transfer Date and each Transfer Date thereafter, the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the sum of the Excess Available Funds Percentages with respect to the immediately preceding three Monthly Periods and the denominator of which is three.

  • Excess Available Funds Percentage means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the amount, if any, by which the Portfolio Yield for the preceding Monthly Period exceeds the Base Rate for such Monthly Period.

  • Class B Available Funds means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Class B Floating Percentage of the Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections and (b) if such Monthly Period relates to a Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Class B Floating Percentage of the Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to such Distribution Date.

  • Total Available Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the Available Interest and the Available Principal for such Distribution Date and the amount of all cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Distributable Income means, for any period, the net income of Centurion Apartment REIT, including income earned from its proportionate interest under the Rollover Agreement and its applicable consolidated Subsidiaries for such period set out in its consolidated financial statements as determined in accordance with GAAP, subject to certain adjustments, including: (a) adding back the following items: depreciation, amortization (except for amortization of deferred financing costs, future income tax expense, losses on dispositions of assets and amortization of any net discount on long-term debt assumed from vendors of properties at rates of interest less than fair value); and (b) deducting the following items: future income tax credits, interest on convertible debentures to the extent not already deducted in computing net income, gains on dispositions of assets and amortization of any net premium on long- term debt assumed from vendors of properties at rates of interest greater than fair value and any other adjustments determined by the Trustees in their discretion.

  • Total Available Funds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.7(a).

  • REMIC I Available Distribution Amount For each Loan Group for any Distribution Date, the sum of the following amounts with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group:

  • Available Increase Amount means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the result of (a) $25,000,000 minus (b) the aggregate principal amount of Increases to the Revolver Commitments previously made pursuant to Section 2.14 of the Agreement.
