UPC ESG Strategy definition
UPC ESG Strategy means the Strategy in the area of Environmental, Social and Governance published by Sunrise UPC GmbH or any of its Affiliates in relation to the Swiss Borrower Group, including a combined materiality analysis, the definition of key performance indicators and measurable targets (as amended, updated, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time).
