Update Date definition

Update Date shall have the meaning specific in Section 7.12.
Update Date means the date on which the Programme Deed was most recently modified.
Update Date means the date on which any Grantor provides notice to the Administrative Agent of any updates to the representations and warranties contained in Article III hereof, as permitted by Article IV hereof, which shall occur within 30 days from June 30th of each year.

More Definitions of Update Date

Update Date means the last business day of each of February, April, June, August, October and December of each year during the Shelf Registration Period, provided that the first Update Date shall not be earlier than the 45th day following the effective date of the Shelf Registration Statement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the Company and the Guarantor shall use their best efforts to take such actions as are required to name a Holder of registrable securities as a selling securityholder in the Shelf Registration Statement and to include (to the extent not theretofore included) in the Shelf Registration Statement the registrable securities identified in any Notice and Questionnaire returned to the Company on or prior to the 15th day prior to the effective date of the Shelf Registration Statement.

  • Update means a modification to a Component System necessary to maintain the operation of the Component System in compliance with the Documentation in effect as of the Component System’s applicable License Effective Date and includes without limitation modifications correcting any design or operational errors in the Component System and modifications enabling the Component System to be operated in any revised operating environment issued by BNYM and excludes Upgrades.

  • Updates are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. A request to add new products at the same or better price level is an example of an update. “Amendments” are any changes that are not specifically covered by the terms and conditions of the Centralized Contract, but inclusion is found to be in the best interest of the State. A request to change a contractual term and condition is an example of an amendment.

  • Notification Date means 30 days from an Account statement date (see section 6.3).

  • Statement Date means each date designated as such in the Series Term Sheet.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • Deficiency Notice has the meaning specified in Section 6.1(a);

  • Property Condition Report means a report prepared by a company satisfactory to Lender regarding the physical condition of the Property, satisfactory in form and substance to Lender in its sole discretion.

  • Independent Engineering Report means a report, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders, prepared by an Independent Engineer, addressed to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders with respect to the Oil and Gas Properties owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries (or to be acquired by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, as applicable) which are or are to be included in the Borrowing Base, which report shall (a) specify the location, quantity, and type of the estimated Proven Reserves attributable to such Oil and Gas Properties, (b) contain a projection of the rate of production of such Oil and Gas Properties, (c) contain an estimate of the net operating revenues to be derived from the production and sale of Hydrocarbons from such Proven Reserves based on product price and cost escalation assumptions specified by the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, and (d) contain such other information as is customarily obtained from and provided in such reports or is otherwise reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lender.

  • Notice Cut-off Date means the date specified as such in the Trigger Event Notice, which date shall be at least 20 Business Days following the Conversion Date;

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).
