  • Parlex undertakes to use all reasonable efforts at its own cost to correct any and all errors found in the Documentation and/or Updated Documentation without undue delay upon receipt of a written notice by Infineon specifying the error and to thereafter promptly provide Infineon with the rectified version of such deficient part of the Documentation and/or Updated Documentation.
