Updated Financial Information means the updated financial information of the Company dated May 3, 2007 or June 13, 2007, which has previously been delivered to representatives of the Investors.

Updated Financial Information has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6. THIS CONTRIBUTION AND ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT (this “Assignment”), dated as of ______________, is made and entered into by and between the undersigned listed as Assignor on the signature page attached hereto (the “Assignor”), and Nutex Health Holdco LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Assignee”).
