The Parties agree to follow and comply with all requirements applicable to storm water detention and control facilities as by the Utah Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Water Quality, including the Small MS4 General UPDES Permit requirements, and by the City ordinances and Storm Water Management Plan as existing at the time of executing this agreement and as may be amended from time to time.
