Pole-sharing agreement definition
Pole-sharing agreement or “duct-sharing agreement”, means an agreement between a public supplier and a telecommunications service provider as defined in the Telecommunications Ordinance, or other utility or service provider, under which the utility or service provider may share the use of an electricity pole (or poles), or underground duct, owned by the public supplier on such terms, and for such fee, as may be agreed by the parties and approved by the Commissioner;
