Uptempo™ Program means the Payment Program.

  • The Uptempo™ Program is solely intended to provide the convenience to Client of breaking down the Lender’s monthly payments into smaller weekly, bi-weekly or bi-monthly payments (or other frequency requested by Client and approved by MCB in writing).

  • MCB does not represent nor offer any representation, guarantee or warranty, either express or implied, that the Uptempo™] Program can or will shorten Client’s payment term or reduce the amount of interest Client will pay over the life of the Loan and MCB hereby disclaims any representations or warranties, express, implied or statutory, with respect to the Uptempo™ Program and the services provided to Client under this Agreement.

  • The Uptempo™ Program shall continue until (a) this Agreement is terminated, (b) Client’s loan is satisfied or paid in full, (c) Client sells the Vehicle which is the subject of the loan, or (d) Client or MCB terminates this Agreement as provided herein.

  • In addition, if the Lender returns any attempted payment unpaid, Client’s enrollment in the Uptempo™ Program may be suspended until Client has brought the Loan current and notified MCB of same.

  • Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, MCB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to appoint third party service providers or limited agents of MCB to fulfill any of MCB’s roles or responsibilities under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the servicing of the Uptempo™ Program or the Debits.

  • Client acknowledges that it is Client’s obligation at all times to have on deposit sufficient funds in Client’s bank account to allow MCB to draft Client’s bank account in order to fulfill Client’s obligations under this Uptempo™ Program.

  • All of the following will limit or prevent any financial benefit to Client of the Uptempo™ Program, if any: the Uptempo™ Program fees You pay, if Client has a monthly payment lower than the enrollment fee, if Client intends to pay off the loan early, if the Lender charges a prepayment penalty on the Loan, or if the Loan has a low or zero interest rate.

  • The terms of Your Retail Installment Sales Contract, Your loan amount, loan term, interest rate, right to pre-pay and early payoff, and Your performance of this Agreement affects whether there might be any financial benefit to You for Your participation in the Uptempo™ Program.

  • Please carefully review this Agreement and all of the Uptempo™ Program consumer disclosures for additional information and to make an informed decision.

  • Client understands that, other than making Client’s Loan payments from the funds subject to the terms of this Uptempo™ Program, MCB will have no direct contact with the Lender.

Related to Uptempo™ Program

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.
