  • The Upper-Tier REMIC also will issue the uncertificated Class UR Interest, which is the sole Class of “residual interest” in the Upper-Tier REMIC for purposes of the REMIC Provisions and is represented by the Class R Certificates.

The Original Class B-3 Fractional Interest is specified in Section 11.18.

  • REMIC III Distribution Amount The REMIC III Available Distribution Amount for any Distribution Date shall be distributed to the Certificates and the Class R-3 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:

  • Subsidiary REMIC Interest Any one of the Subsidiary REMIC Interests or the SR-A-R Interest.

  • Class A Interest Distribution Amount means, as to each Class of Class A Certificates and any Remittance Date, the sum of the amounts specified in clause (a)(i), (a)(ii), (a)(iii), (a)(iv), (a)(v), (a)(vi) and (a)(vii), as appropriate, of the definition of the term "Class A Formula Distribution Amount" and the Unpaid Class A Interest Shortfall, if any, with respect to such Class.
