Urban Area Boundary definition

Urban Area Boundary means an area as defined and identified within the Durham Regional Official Plan and/or the Official Plan of an Area Municipality;
Urban Area Boundary means as defined by the Region’ s Policy Plan and by Local Area Municipality Official Plans.
Urban Area Boundary means the area within the City of Hamilton that is depicted as the Urban Area Boundary in Schedule “B”.

Urban Area Boundary for the purposes of this Rule means the boundary of the urbanized area of a city having a population of 20,000 or more according to the most recent federal census. These urban area boundaries are established by the Department of Transportation and the city in cooperation with one another, and subject to the approval of the United States Secretary of Transportation, in accordance with 23 U.S.C. § 101.
