URBAN CONSTRUCTION SITE definition
URBAN CONSTRUCTION SITE means any construction site in respect of which a permit has been issued for the construction or demolition of a building where the building is within the corporate limits of the former Village of Brussels, Town of Seaforth and the urban areas of Walton, Ethel, Cranbrook, Molesworth, Henfryn Slabtown, Winthrop, St. Columban, Dublin, Vanastra, Brucefield, Kippen, Egmondville, Harpurhey, and the former Town of Seaforth;
