Urban Planning definition

Urban Planning means the City's process relating to the design, development and management of land within the urban environment so as to address growth and urbanisation efficiently and effectively, and the other responsibilities set out in section 11A;
Urban Planning means design and regulation of the uses of space that focus on the physical form, economic functions and social impacts of the urban environment and on the location of different activities within it.
Urban Planning means planning specialized activities with certain phases aimed for creating optimal social, economical and infrastructur- al services through implementing land utilization, urban construction and urban development activities with the purpose of future development of particular towns, villages.
