Urgent Relief definition
Urgent Relief. Despite any other provision of this agreement, each party may take steps to seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief before an appropriate court.
Urgent Relief. Nothing in this clause 35 prevents a party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief.
Examples of Urgent Relief in a sentence
The Parties shall seek to resolve Disputes firstly by consultation (in accordance with clause 57.3 (Consultation)), then by Mediation (at the Authority's sole election in accordance with clause 57.4 (Mediation)) and lastly by recourse to Arbitration (in accordance with clause 57.14 (Arbitration)) noting that either Party may seek urgent injunctive relief at any time in accordance with clause 57.18 (Urgent Relief).
