Urgent Request definition

Urgent Request means Interpreter Services which are Requested with less than one (1) day notice and/or after the Contractor’s regular business hours, which cannot wait for a response until the next regular business day of the Contractor.

Urgent Request means a request for NEMT that is made with less than two business days’ advance notice of the trip due to the presence of an urgent condition.

Urgent Request means a request notice given to the Authority under paragraph 5 in relation to which the licensee demonstrates that its commercial interest would be seriously prejudiced if the proposed request contained within the request notice was not introduced quickly.
