US Communities definition

US Communities means a contract competively awarded by the U.S. Communities governmental purchasing alliance as a "cooperative contract".
US Communities has the meaning set forth in Paragraph B above.

  • Through the economies of scale created by OMNIA Partners public sector subsidiaries, National IPA and U.S. Communities, our participants now have access to more competitively solicited and publicly awarded cooperative agreements.

  • Any goodwill, rights, or benefits derived from Supplier's use of the U.S. Communities name, trademark, or logo shall inure to the benefit of U.S. Communities.

  • The U.S. Communities Advisory Board is made up of key government purchasing officials from across the United States.

  • Disadvantaged Communities means the top twenty five (25) percent of communities that are disproportionately affected by environmental pollution and socioeconomic characteristics as described by CalEnviroScreen 2.0 Tool.1
