US Maximum Credit definition

US Maximum Credit means the amount of US$25,000,000 or the Equivalent Amount in Canadian Dollars.
US Maximum Credit means $400,000,000 minus the then outstanding Canadian Revolver Usage, as decreased by the amount of reductions in the US Commitments in accordance with Section 2.3(c) of the Agreement or increased by the amount of increases in the US Commitments in accordance with Section 2.12 of the Agreement (or if less, at any time the aggregate amount of the US Commitments).
US Maximum Credit means, at any time, the lesser of (a) (i) the Revolving Credit Commitments in effect at such time minus (ii) the European Revolving Credit Outstandings at such time and (b) the U.S. Borrowing Base at such time.

  • The aggregate amount of all Tranche A Loans in any Borrowing must be an integral multiple of US $100,000 which equals or exceeds US $200,000 or must equal the unadvanced portion of the US Maximum Credit Amount.

  • Unless consented to by all the Lenders, in Lenders' discretion, (a) the aggregate amount of the US Revolving Loans and the US Letter of Credit Accommodations outstanding at any time shall not exceed the US Maximum Credit; (b) the aggregate amount of the Canadian Revolving Loans and the Canadian Letter of Credit Accommodations shall not exceed the Canadian Maximum Credit and (c) the aggregate US Dollar Amount of the Revolving Loans and Letter of Credit Accommodations shall not exceed the Maximum Credit.

US Maximum Credit has the meaning specified in the ABL Credit Agreement.
