U.S. Patriot Act definition

U.S. Patriot Act means the Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act (Title III of Pub. L. 107-56 (signed into law October 26, 2001)), as amended.

U.S. Patriot Act shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.08(a).

U.S. Patriot Act means the Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001, Public Law 107-56 (commonly known as the US Patriot Act). Utilisation Date means each date on which the Facility is utilised. Wider Group means the Parent and its Subsidiaries.

L. 107-56 (signed into law October 26, 2001)). “U.S. Person” means any Person that is a “United States Person” as defined in Section 7701(a)(30) of the Code. “U.S. Tax Compliance Certificate” has the meaning specified in Section 3.01(e)(ii)(B)(III).
