USA PATRIOT Act means the Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001.
IT Act means the Income-tax Act, 1961 and rules and regulations made thereunder and shall include any statutory modification, amendment or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force.
Patriot Act means the Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001, P.L. 107-56, as amended.
VAT Act means the Value Added Tax Act, No 89 of 1991, as may be amended from time to time.
Corrupt Act means any offence in respect of corruption or corrupt activities contemplated in the Prevention and Combating of Corrupt Activities Act No. 12 of 2004;
the 1998 Act means the School Standards and Framework Act 1998;
General Regulations means the Charitable Incorporated Organisations (General) Regulations 2012.
the 1972 Act means the Local Government Act 1972.
Transparency Act means the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 (Public Law 109-282), as amended by §6202 of Public Law 110-252. The Transparency Act also is referred to as FFATA.
USA means the United States of America (including all states, the District of Columbia and political subdivisions thereof).
