U.S. Preliminary Prospectus definition

U.S. Preliminary Prospectus means the Canadian Preliminary Prospectus with such deletions therefrom and additions thereto as are permitted or required by Form F-10 and the applicable rules and regulations of the SEC, included in the Initial Registration Statement as amended at such time, including the Documents Incorporated by Reference therein;

U.S. Preliminary Prospectus has the meaning set forth in Section 1(b) hereof.

U.S. Preliminary Prospectus has the meaning given to it in the fourth paragraph of this Agreement;

Examples of U.S. Preliminary Prospectus in a sentence

The U.S. Preliminary Prospectus and the U.S. Prospectus when filed complied in all material respects with the Securities Act and were identical in all material respects to the copies thereof delivered to the Underwriters for use in connection with the offer and sale of the Offered Shares.
