USA Cricket definition

USA Cricket means the USA Cricket, a Colorado nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Colorado.

Portions of the Services may be governed by posted guidelines, rules or other terms and conditions. All such guidelines, rules and terms and conditions are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and such other guidelines, rules and terms and conditions, these Terms shall control. Notwithstanding the foregoing, USA Cricket's Privacy Policy. supersedes any conflicting terms in these Terms and/or any other guidelines, rules and terms and conditions with respect to the subject matter covered by the Privacy Policy. You may also be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when You use other USA Cricket services, third-party content or third-party software.
