USD-LIBOR-BBA-Bloomberg means that the rate for a Reset Date will be U.S. Dollar LIBOR for a period of the Designated Maturity which appears on the Bloomberg Screen BTMM Page under the heading “LIBOR FIX BBAM<GO>” at 11:55 a.m., London time (which reflects publication as of 11:00 a.m., London time) (or any amended publication time as specified by the U.S. Dollar LIBOR benchmark administrator in the U.S. Dollar LIBOR benchmark methodology), on the day that is two London Banking Days preceding that Reset Date.
