USDollar Current Account definition
USDollar Current Account means the USDollar account of the Borrower at Bank of Montreal in Canada as the Borrower may from time to time designate as such in writing to the Administrative Agent.
USDollar Current Account means the USDollar account of thea Borrower at Bank of MontrealBMO or CIBC in Canada as thea Borrower may from time to time designate as such in writing to the Administrative Agent.
USDollar Current Account means the USDollar account of the Borrower in Canada or in the United States of America, as the case may be, as the Borrower may from time to time designate as such in writing to the Administrative Agent.
Examples of USDollar Current Account in a sentence
The foregoing shall not apply to any amount deposited from time to time in the CDollar Current Account or the USDollar Current Account (including those established for facilitating the Sweep to Loan Arrangements) prior to the occurrence and continuance of an Event of Default.
For greater certainty and notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Swingline Lender shall not be obligated to permit at any time the creation or the increase of an overdraft in the CDollar Current Account or USDollar Current Account at either BMO or CIBC (a “Swingline Advance”), to the extent that at such time the Swingline Loan would exceed the applicable Swingline Limit.
