Use and Access Agreement means that certain Use and Access Agreement for Lely Golf Villas between Golf Enterprises, Inc., a Kansas corporation, and the Developer, recorded in Official Records Book 2398, Page 521 et seq., of the Public Records of the County, and all amendments thereto.
