Use of Pronouns. All pronouns and any variations thereof used herein shall be deemed to refer to the masculine, feminine, neuter, singular or plural as the identity of the person or persons referred to may require.
Use of Pronouns. The use of the neuter singular pronoun to refer to any Party described in this Agreement shall be deemed a proper reference whether the Party is an individual, a partnership, a corporation, a governmental entity or group of two or more individuals, partnerships or corporations. The grammatical changes required to make the provisions of this Agreement applicable to corporations, partnerships, governmental entities, individuals, groups of individuals or to females as well as males shall, in all instances, be assumed as though in each case fully expressed.

The necessary grammatical changes required to make the provisions of this Lease apply in the plural sense where more than one Landlord or Tenant exists and to individuals, partnerships, associations, limited liability companies, corporations, males or females, shall in all instances be assumed as though in each case fully expressed.
Use of Pronouns. Pronouns, including “he,” “she” and “it,” when used in reference to any person, shall be deemed applicable to entities or individuals, male or female, as appropriate in any given case.

The use of the neuter singular pronoun to refer to Seller and Buyer shall be deemed a proper reference, even though Seller or Buyer may be an individual, partnership or a group of two or more individuals. The necessary grammatical changes required to make the provisions of this Contract apply in the plural sense where there is more than one seller or purchaser and to either partnerships or individuals (male or female) shall in all instances be assumed as though in each case fully expressed.
Use of Pronouns. The use of the neuter singular pronoun to refer to either Party shall be deemed a proper reference even though either Party may be comprised of one or more persons. The necessary grammatical changes required to make the provisions of this Lease apply in the plural sense where more than one Party exists and to two or more persons, shall in all instances be assumed as though in each case fully expressed. Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, the singular includes the plural, and vice versa, and the masculine, feminine and neuter adjectives include one another.
Use of Pronouns. When the context permits or requires a pronoun in any gender (masculine, feminine or neuter) shall include the remaining genders, and the singular the plural and the plural the singular.
Use of Pronouns. Terms defined or used in the singular shall include the plural, and those in the plural shall include the singular, unless the context shall otherwise require, and the use of masculine, feminine and neuter pronouns shall include each gender as the context may require.
