Use of Terms. The terms "sale", "purchase", "distribution", "resale", "Reseller" and "Dealer" are used herein for convenience only and refer to the sale of the Products provided, that, with respect to the Software component of the Products, this shall only refer to the sale of software licenses pursuant to the terms of the End User Agreement. Reseller hereby acknowledges Vital Images retains all right, title and interest in and to the copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Software. Reseller agrees to provide its customers with a copy of the End User Agreement.
