Use of the Vehicle. The Vehicle must NOT be used:

Examples of Use of the Vehicle in a sentence

  • If any personal injury is sustained relating to Your Use of the Vehicle, You shall file a report with the local police department and notify Wheels of the same within 24 hours.

  • You are not covered for any loss or liability where the vehicle or anything attached to the vehicle is not being used in accordance with the description in Use of the Vehicle (as described in Section One of this policy).

  • By way of summary, these charges include, but are not limited to any costs or fines arising under clause 4 (Delivery and return of the Vehicle), clause 7 (Pick-up and drop-offs), clause 8 (Rental extension), clause 13 (Use of the Vehicle), clause 15 (On-road assistance), clause 19 (Vehicle Damage), clause 24 (Toll and Traffic Offences), and clause 31 (Terminating the Agreement and repossessing the Vehicle).

  • Use of the Vehicle for illegal purposes, such as towing, competitions or training for these, educational driving or driving on ice is prohibited.

  • Business Use – Use of the Vehicle at any time in connection with Your or Your employer’s business, trade or profession.

  • Use of the Vehicle is restricted by the following: • Only the individual providing driver’s license is allowed to operate the Vehicle.

  • By way of summary these charges include, but are not limited to, any costs or fines arising under clause 4 (Delivery and return of the Vehicle), clause 7 (Late drop-offs), clause 8 (Rental extension), clause 15 (Use of the Vehicle), clause 17 (On-road assistance), clause 26 (Freedom camping and toll and traffic offences) and clause 32 (Terminating the agreement and repossessing the Vehicle).

  • Provided that you have not committed a breach of any applicable laws (including any relevant road traffic regulations) and you were not making Abnormal Use of the Vehicle then you will be covered not less than the level legally required by the country in which you are renting the Vehicle for the financial cost of any Third Party Liability arising as the result of a collision that you may cause.

  • Use of the Vehicle may be remotely monitored by LESSOR or on LESSOR’S behalf through a Telematics System to the extent permitted by law.

  • Junk vehicle means a vehicle of any age that is damaged or defective in any one or combination of any of the following ways that either makes the vehicle immediately inoperable, or would prohibit the vehicle from being operated in a reasonably safe manner upon the public streets and highways under its own power if self-propelled, or while being towed or pushed, if not self-propelled:

  • Livery vehicle means a motor vehicle that:

  • Light vehicle means a motor vehicle commonly referred to as an automobile, van, sport utility

  • All-terrain vehicle means either of the following:

  • Rebuilt vehicle means any salvage vehicle which has been rebuilt and inspected for the purpose of registration and title;

  • All-terrain type I vehicle means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.

  • Salvage vehicle means any vehicle which is within the last ten (10) model years and which has been damaged by collision or other occurrence to the extent that the cost of repairing the vehicle for safe operation on the highway exceeds sixty percent (60%) of its fair market value, as defined by Section 1111 of this title, immediately prior to the damage. For purposes of this section, actual repair costs shall only include labor and parts for actual damage to the suspension, motor, transmission, frame or unibody and designated structural components;

  • Heavy Vehicle has the meaning given to it in the HNVL.

  • Nonroad Vehicle means a vehicle that is powered by a Nonroad Engine, fifty horsepower and greater, and that is not a Motor Vehicle or a vehicle used solely for competition, which shall include, but not be limited to, excavators, backhoes, cranes, compressors, generators, bulldozers and similar equipment, except that this term shall not apply to horticultural maintenance vehicles used for landscaping purposes that are powered by a Nonroad Engine of sixty-five horsepower or less and that are not used in any construction program or project.

  • Recreational vehicle means a vehicle which is:

  • Tank vehicle means a commercial motor vehicle that is designed to transport any liquid or gaseous materials within a tank or tanks having an individual rated capacity of more than one hundred nineteen gallons and an aggregate rated capacity of one thousand gallons or more that is either permanently or temporarily attached to the vehicle or chassis. A commercial motor vehicle transporting an empty storage container tank not designed for transportation with a rated capacity of one thousand gallons or more that is temporarily attached to a flatbed trailer is not considered a tank vehicle.

  • All-terrain type II vehicle means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.

  • Recreational Vehicle (RV means a vehicle, which is:

  • Replica vehicle means every vehicle of a type required to be registered under this title not fully

  • Bi-fuel vehicle means a vehicle with two separate fuel storage systems that can run part-time on two different fuels and is designed to run on only one fuel at a time;

  • Unladen vehicle means a vehicle without a driver, or passenger, and unladen, but with its fuel tank full and its normal complement of tools;

  • Custom vehicle means a motor vehicle other than a motorcycle that:

  • base vehicle means any vehicle which is used at the initial stage of a multi-stage type-approval process;

  • Retail facility means a service station, convenience store or any other facility selling a PSTD regulated substance that is open to the general public.

  • Utility vehicle means a motor vehicle that is (i) designed for off-road use, (ii) powered by an

  • passenger vehicle means a motor vehicle (other than a motor cycle or invalid carriage) constructed solely for the carriage of passengers and their effects and adapted to carry not more than twelve passengers exclusive of the driver, and not drawing a trailer;

  • Rental Vehicle means the “auto” rented or leased by the “renter” from the “policyholder” and described in the “rental agreement.”

  • Laden vehicle means, except where otherwise stated, a vehicle so laden as to attain its "maximum mass".

  • Medium-duty vehicle means 2004 through 2006 model year heavy-duty low-emission vehicle, ultra-low-emission vehicle, super-ultra-low-emission vehicle or zero-emission vehicle certified to the standards in title 13, CCR, section 1960.1(h)(2) having a manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating of 14,000 pounds or less; and any 2004 and subsequent model heavy-duty low-emission, ultra-low-emission, super-ultra-low-emission or zero-emission vehicle certified to the standards in title 13, CCR section 1956.8(h), having a manufacturer’s gross vehicle weight rating between 8,501 and 14,000 pounds.

  • Off-highway vehicle means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.
