Use of Time definition

Use of Time. The Superintendent agrees to devote full time to the assigned duties, provided that the advance agreement of the Board, the Superintendent may undertake consultative work, speaking engagements, writing, lecturing or other professional activities. Should the Superintendent provide services to other school districts or in undertaking consultative work, speaking engagements, writing, lecturing or other professional activities, the Superintendent shall utilize personal vacation time for such purposes and hold the school district harmless.

Examples of Use of Time in a sentence

  • Should a staff member need to miss a scheduled district-directed event because of other school business, s/he will submit an Alternate Use of Time Form (Exhibit A- 4) to the principal for approval.

  • The County agrees to allow a new Grievance Committee Member and/or new Board of Director time to observe, for purposes of training, at any or all of the above disciplinary step(s)/process(es) in accordance with Article 7 Use of Time for Association Business.

  • Productive Use of Time, Classroom Procedures and Resources Teacher has established efficient routines.

  • The County agrees to allow a new Grievance Committee Member and/or new Board of Directors time to observe, for purposes of training, at any or all of the above grievance step(s)/process(es) in accordance with Article 7 Use of Time for Association Business.
