Customers who purchase firm-wide access are not subject to User Limits (“Firm-wide Access”).
In order to ensure Subscriber’s compliance with this Section 56 (Subscription User Limits), Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that CAC/KVH shall have the right to (i) conduct periodic audits and examinations of Subscriber’s records concerning the number of individuals onboard a vessel during any one month, and (ii) monitor Subscriber’s account activity to verify the number of distinct personal devices used to access Content during any one month.
If Cutover determines that Customer has exceeded its permitted access and use rights to the Subscription Service, Cutover will notify Customer and within thirty (30) days of a notice to do so Customer shall either: (i) disable any unpermitted use, or (ii) purchase additional User Limits or other add-ons to the Cutover Services commensurate with Customer’s actual use.
