User Limits definition

User Limits means the limits within which the Cardholder has the right to perform transactions during the period of time agreed in the Agreement.
User Limits means (in connection with Usage Rights) limits on the type or volume of Authorised Users which the Customer may permit to access and use the Subscription Services and/ or Customer Content made available via the Subscription Services.
User Limits means the limits we impose relating to E-Money sent, received, deposited, or otherwise used in a User’s E-Money Account. User’s Terms and Conditions means the conditions agreed between a consumer and NETinfoPAY for the purposes of opening an e-wallet and an e-money account and having access to all other services offered by NETinfoPAY. Website Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy or any other online document which has been agreed between the User and NETinfoPAY or between the User and NETinfoPAY and which relates to the use of the Website by the User or the User. Website means ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ which is operated by NETinfoPAY. 3 OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU We have absolutely no control over any Goods or Merchant Services paid for, using our Services and we only facilitate the payment for such Goods or Merchant Services. We can therefore accept no liability as regards to the lawfulness of any transaction which you have entered into or which you use these Services for unless we are forced to reimburse you under any law in force in the Republic of Cyprus or unless otherwise provided for by this Agreement.

  • Customers who purchase firm-wide access are not subject to User Limits (“Firm-wide Access”).

  • In order to ensure Subscriber’s compliance with this Section 56 (Subscription User Limits), Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that CAC/KVH shall have the right to (i) conduct periodic audits and examinations of Subscriber’s records concerning the number of individuals onboard a vessel during any one month, and (ii) monitor Subscriber’s account activity to verify the number of distinct personal devices used to access Content during any one month.

Related to User Limits

  • Order limits means the limits shown on the works plans within which the authorised development may be carried out;

  • Upper Limit means a specified maximum amount of costs which may be claimed under a Unit of Work, but which may be extended on application. An Upper Limit operates in the same way as a Costs Limitation;

  • Maximum Limit means that number of issued Shares representing 10% of the total number of issued Shares as at the date of the passing of this Resolution (excluding any Shares which are held as treasury shares as at that date); and
