User Profile Data definition

User Profile Data means data regarding a User provided by the User on the NBCi Sites, the Telocity Sites or the Co-Branded Site or otherwise to NBCi or Telocity: the User's name, password, hint question, hint answer, birthday, zip code, country, time zone and gender.

User Profile Data means data regarding a User provided by the User on the Snap Sites or the Co-Branded Site or otherwise to Snap or the Company, including without limitation the User's name, e-mail address, telephone number and other information about the User.

Examples of User Profile Data in a sentence

  • The User Profile Data for each Subscriber who so consents shall be provided to the other party and shall be jointly owned by NBCi and Telocity.

  • Before a User is permitted to become a Subscriber, the User must consent (e.g., in the Telocity terms of service) to the provision of the User's User Profile Data to NBCi.

  • If any Company Content accessed through links appearing on the Snap Sites or the Co-Branded Site contains any Commerce Offering that requires the User to register or submit any User Profile Data, then Snap has the right in its sole discretion to cause any of the following: (i) the Web page that requests the User Profile Data, (ii) any other page relating to the Commerce Offering, or (iii) a separate Snap Member registration page, to present the User with an opportunity to register to become a Snap Member.

  • In order to avoid the appearance of impropriety, user/participants with multiple CA-EDRS User Access Levels/Accounts will not review or register at either the local or state level, any records submitted by the user/participant’s employer (FH, MF, etc.), including records submitted by any other location that is a part of the employer’s organizational structure (as submitted on the User Profile Data Sheet and Application).

  • Transaction Data may include vehicle license plate, parking session date, time, duration, zone number and amount paid, details of parking fines/violation notices, and parking session details obtained through customer service center, and does not include User Profile Data.
