User Revenue definition

User Revenue means all payments made by, on behalf of, or to enable, Users to access Transmissions including, but not limited to, subscriber fees, connect time charges, and any other access fees, whether made directly to you or to any entity under the same or substantially the same ownership, management or control as you, or to any other person, firm or corporation including, but not limited to, any partner or co- publisher of your Non-Interactive Service, pursuant to an agreement or as directed or authorized by you or any of your agents or employees.
User Revenue means all payments made by or on behalf of Users to access Internet Transmissions including, but not limited to, subscriber fees, connect time charges, and any other access fees.

Examples of User Revenue in a sentence

  • Pinal’s cost share shall be funded by revenues from Pinal County Highway User Revenue Fund.

  • Bikeshare User Revenue will be used to offset the cost of O & M services as described above.

  • As approved by the Board, allot a portion of the County Highway User Revenue Funds to the Connector Road Project.

  • To the extent Bikeshare User Revenue generated within the City of Los Angeles exceeds the cost of O & M services, the Parties will jointly determine the use of the revenue to be applied within the City of Los Angeles either to capital expansion of the system or support to under-performing stations.
