User Services definition

User Services means and include Services offered by Netpro International Limited from time to time, through the websites, including without limitation, Online Consultation and Clinic appointment.
User Services means (i) customized landing page featuring the Organization logo and selected courses, (ii) User engagement reports, (iii) payment solution(s) that allow Users to seamlessly access premium course experiences and skip checkout, and (iv) enterprise-level User support. “Courses” or “Specializations” means courses and specializations from the Coursera catalogue (as determined and agreed with AWS Marketplace), for consumption via the proprietary platform developed by Coursera (“Platform”). A single “Enrollment” means registration to participate in a single Course from the Coursera catalogue (as determined and agreed with AWS Marketplace ), and such Enrollment shall be deemed used once an Organization’s participant registers for a course and does not either (a) manually opt out or (b) automatically unenrolled due to low activity, in both cases during the trial period. “User License” means the right for a single User to access the Content Services for an unlimited number of Enrollments. If a Course or Specialization becomes unavailable prior to the end of Term, Coursera may replace such Course or Specialization with a reasonable alternative Course or Specialization. At the expiration of the term, access to the platform will no longer be made available by Coursera under this Agreement (including paid access to any uncompleted courses).
User Services means the services set out in Part H19 of the PSR.

User Licenses are transferable among Users, provided however, Users will lose paid access to all then-enrolled Courses if they are not holding a User License (or other paid Enrollment) through completion of such Courses. “LMS Integration” shall mean that Coursera will configure the Coursera for Government API’s data exchange to the specifications for End Customer’s learning management system (“LMS”) to enable the LMS to sync with the Coursera for Government APIs. “LMS Maintenance” for such LMS Integration shall include addressing defects and apparent bugs, release management, and guidance in setup and administration. Maintenance shall not include integration with a different LMS provider or additional development work that may be required as a result of End Customer’s LMS customization or a significant LMS version release. Related to User Services

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;
