Usernames and Passwords. 1. Staff will not share usernames and passwords with anyone, including supervisors and technical support staff.

You are entirely responsible for safeguarding and maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and agree not to share your username or password with any person who is not authorized to use your Account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any unauthorized access to the password for any Account. You further agree not to use the Account or log in with the username and password of another User of the Site if (a) you are not authorized to use either or (b) the use would violate the Terms of Service.
Usernames and Passwords. Usernames and passwords must meet the standards we establish. These standards will be available for your reference whenever you create or change a username and/or password. We may require you to change or update your username and/or password at any time. If we change these standards, you may have to change your password to meet the new standards. We are not required to give you advance notice that we have changed the standards, or that we are requiring you to change or update your password. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We recommend you select a unique username and password combination for use only with the Service, and memorize it rather than writing it down.
Usernames and Passwords. You are obliged to keep your usernames and passwords (“Access Codes”) secret and ensure that third parties do not obtain access to our Online Trading Facility. Without prejudice to any other provisions of this Agreement, you will be liable for all Transactions and/or Contracts executed by means of your Access Codes, even if such may be wrongful.

All use of security credentials will be presumed to be only that of the assigned authorized user. In the event an authorized user suspects their password is compromised or known to others, the authorized user will immediately change their password and notify their supervisor or administrator, who will then notify DVS Data Practices Unit. Authorized users will secure computers, laptops, or other electronic or mobile devices that have access to the DVS information system by logging off or “locking” the device whenever it is left unattended. You agree should you have any questions concerning any use of any username or password listed below, you will make every attempt to resolve the issue directly with Company. You also acknowledge and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company for any loss you incur in relation to disclosing the username and password information, and in relation to disclosing any additional username and password information to Company moving forward, unless such loss is due to Company’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Passwords MUST be between 8 and 20 characters long and MUST contain at least one UPPER CASE LETTER (A-Z), one lower case letter (a-z), one number (0-9), and one special character (!@#$%^&*).

Usernames and Passwords. Each Authorized User will use his or her unique username and password to access the Platform pursuant to this Agreement. Authorized Users may only access the Platform during one (1) concurrent login session. Client acknowledges and agrees that: (a) only Authorized Users are entitled to access the Platform with their unique usernames and passwords; (b) it will provide to Pequity information and other assistance as necessary to enable Pequity to establish access to the Platform for the Authorized Users, and will verify all Authorized User requests for access to the Platform; (c) it will ensure that each unique username and password issued to an Authorized User will be used only by that Authorized User when accessing the Platform; (d) Client must procure that the Authorized User complies with the Platform Terms of Service prior to accessing the Platform; (e) Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all Authorized Users’ unique usernames and passwords, and is solely responsible for all activities that occur under these Authorized User accounts; and (f) Client will notify Pequity promptly of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of any account, username, or passwords, or any other breach or suspected breach of this Agreement. Pequity reserves the right to suspend, disable or terminate any Authorized User’s access to the Platform that Pequity reasonably determines may have been used by an unauthorized third party. The unique usernames and passwords cannot be shared or used by more than one individual Authorized User to access the Platform.
