UST Agreement definition

UST Agreement means Asset Purchase Agreement dated as of November 25, 1992 among, inter alia, NATC and UST, Inc.
UST Agreement means an agreement to be executed between one or more of Newco, Purchaser Parties and/or Seller Parties with the UST providing for the acquisition by Newco of the UST Warrants and SL Bancorp Preferred Stock in connection with the Newco Merger and Closing.
