UST Systems definition

UST Systems means any underground storage tanks, connected underground piping, underground ancillary equipment, and contamination system at the Locations.
UST Systems means all underground storage tanks located on or under any of the Leased Premises and all associated piping, lines, pumps, siphons and other ancillary equipment and containment systems, used in connection with the storage, dispensing or general use of any Hazardous Materials.
UST Systems has the meaning given to it in Section 3.30.

UST Systems means the USTs, together with all underground components of the fuel storage and delivery system, including fittings, pumps, below ground meters, and below ground components of automatic tank gauging systems and leak detection systems, and all other ancillary below ground equipment and systems owned by Lessee; provided, however, that for purposes of clarity: (i) the UST Systems do not include the Above Ground Fuel Equipment, and (ii) the Above Ground Fuel Equipment constitutes part of the Equipment.
UST Systems have the meanings set forth in Section 3.8(a).
UST Systems is defined in Section 4.24. “VM Arkoma Stack Holdings” means VM Arkoma Stack Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. “Willful Breach” means, with respect to a Party, (a) such Party’s willful or deliberate act or a willful or deliberate failure to act by such Party, which act or failure to act constitutes in and of itself a material breach of any representation, warranty or covenant set forth in this Agreement and which was undertaken with the actual knowledge of such Party that such act or failure to act would be, or would reasonably be expected to cause, a material breach of this Agreement or (b) the failure by such Party to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement after all conditions to such Party’s obligations in Section 2.4 have been satisfied or waived in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (other than those conditions which by their terms can only be satisfied simultaneously with the Closing but which would be capable of being satisfied at the Closing if the Closing were to occur). “Woodford” is defined in the Recitals.
UST Systems means storage tanks, fill holes and fill hole covers and tops, pipelines, vapor lines, pumps, hoses, Stage I and Stage II vapor recovery equipment, containment devices, monitoring equipment, cathodic protection systems and other elements associated with any of the foregoing or other systems used in the operations of and located at the Properties. The UST Systems and/or their components may be underground, partially underground or aboveground.
UST Systems means the Tanks and all above ground and below-ground pipes, lines and related equipment, not including the dispensers.
UST Systems means the USTs, together with all underground components of the fuel storage and delivery system, including fittings, pumps, below ground meters, and below ground components of automatic tank gauging systems and leak detection systems, and all other related ancillary below ground equipment and systems owned by Lessee; provided, however, that for purposes of clarity: (1) the UST Systems will not include the Above Ground Components (hereinafter defined), and (2) the Above Ground Components will constitute part of the Equipment. For the purposes of this Lease, the term “Above Ground Components” shall mean any motor fuel dispensers and related consoles located at the Premises and any component(s) of the fuel storage and delivery system and related equipment that is/are located above ground, including, without limitation, hoses, nozzles, and above ground components of the automatic tank gauging systems and leak detection systems.
UST Systems shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.20(l).
