Utility Area definition

Utility Area means the outdoor private area adjacent to and associated with the kitchen area of a medium density housing unit, the screening of which shall be to the satisfaction of the local authority and which includes patios, verandas and drying areas.
Utility Area means dry balconies, flower beds, cupboard niches, elevation boxes, decks, pocket terraces, open spaces, and the like, within or attached to a flat.
Utility Area means and refer to any area within the Property in which Utility Facilities and/or Systems are located and/or for which easements are reserved and granted to one or more Owners for purposes of installation, maintenance and use of such Utility Facilities and Systems.

  • The District may terminate a Participating Municipality from receiving services pursuant to this Agreement if a Participating Municipality breaches its obligations under its Stormwater Utility Area Agreement with the District.

Utility Area means a flexible space within the right-of-way or within the Redevelopment Plan Area which may be designated for the installation of utility lines and facilities. The meaning of Public Utility is given context by using the Utility Area definition.

Related to Utility Area

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Utility system means a water system, solid waste

  • Slum area means any area where dwellings predominate which, by reason of depreciation, overcrowding, faulty arrangement or design, lack of ventilation, light or sanitary facilities, or any combination of these factors, are detrimental to the public safety, health or morals.

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.
