Utility Director definition

Utility Director means the manager of Summit County’s Snake River Wastewater Utility or his designated representative.
Utility Director means the most senior Member employee with day‐to‐day authority to direct, manage and control operation of Member’s utility, or if the Member does not have a utility, the most senior Member employee with authority to direct, manage and control acquisition and use of electric power on behalf of that Participant.
