Utility Labour Pool Employees definition

Utility Labour Pool Employees means those employees hired to perform the work described in Xxxxxxxx X, 0X. Employment of such employees shall be limited to the period March 1st to December 15th in any calendar year.
Utility Labour Pool Employees means those employees hired to perform the work described in Appendix Employment of such em shall be limited to the period March to December in any calendar year.

  • In regard to planned overtime for utility locate work, the Company will first offer these overtime opportunities to regular Operations employees who normally perform the work, then to Locate Clerks (Office Bargaining Unit where applicable), and then to qualified Utility Labour Pool Employees, except in London where existing practices will continue.

  • Utility Labour Pool Employees will be eligible to participate in the Company’s flexible benefits program, “Choices”, under the terms and conditions of the program and the policies of insurance.

Related to Utility Labour Pool Employees

  • Casual Employees means employees who are employed on a casual basis and includes persons who are employed for periods not exceeding five days at any one time.

  • Seasonal employment means the employment of 1 or more individuals primarily hired to perform services during regularly recurring periods of 26 weeks or less in any 52-week period other than services in the construction industry.

  • Designated Employees means a person occupying any of the following position in the Company:

Produces seed means the planting, cul- tivation, growing and harvesting of seeds of agricultural or horticultural commodities. Conditions seed means the in-plant work done after seed produc- tion including the drying and aerating of seed.

  • Active Employees means all employees employed on the Closing Date by Seller for its business who are employed exclusively in Seller’s business as currently conducted, including employees on temporary leave of absence, including family medical leave, military leave, temporary disability or sick leave, but excluding employees on long-term disability leave.
