Utility reimbursement charge definition
Utility reimbursement charge means a fair pro rata share to be paid by an owner of property within an area benefitted by the private construction of municipal water, sewer or storm drainage improvements pursuant to this chapter, who did not contribute to the original cost of such improvements. “Water, sewer or storm drainage improvements” means the acquisition of right-of-way and/or easements, design, inspection and installation of improvements to city standards, as defined in RCW 35.91.020 as it now reads or as hereafter amended. They are further defined to include the following:
